A lovely two bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor spanish apartment in Los Dolses in the Villamartin Resort, on the Costa Blanca coast, available to rent.  Sleeps 2-6 with use of sofa bed.  40 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport, in the heart of the Costa Blanca region.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The main bedroom can be used as a double if required by pushing the beds together and using a king size duvet.  This bedroom also has an en suite shower room.  There is a separate bathroom that has bath with shower over, sink, toilet and bidet.

There is a lounge diner with comfortable sofa bed, satellite television showing all British, Dutch and German channels and a dvd/music player.  You will also find a dining table and chairs that will seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, washing machine and ironing facilities.

Patio doors at the rear of the property lead you onto a covered terrace with a table and chairs.  A few steps from the terrace take you into the grassed and beautifully planted low walled garden. The garden is private and overlooks a lemon grove.

Main rooms of the apartment and terrace are installed with ceiling fans plus there is an option of using air conditioning.  Heaters and a fire are available to use in cooler weather.

There is parking available at the front and side of the apartment.

There is a child friendly, communal swimming pool 100 metres away. The pool is surrounded by a grassed area and beautiful plants and there are showers alongside.
